CheckDispute Partner Agreement (version partner-agreement-2026-10). This agreement is between CheckDispute LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("CheckDispute"), and you, the person or business accepting it ("you" or the "partner"). You accept it by checking the acceptance box in the CheckDispute partner area; that acceptance is your electronic signature.

1. Appointment.

CheckDispute appoints you as a non-exclusive, revocable referral partner. You are an independent contractor. You have no authority to bind CheckDispute, sign contracts for it, collect money for it or speak for it.

2. Eligibility.

You must be a U.S. resident at least 18 years old, or a U.S. business. You may hold one partner account per person or business. CheckDispute approves partners at its discretion, and during the beta only invited partners are approved.

3. Links and codes.

Use only the link or code CheckDispute assigns to you, unchanged. Codes give customers no discount. You must not use cookie stuffing, forced or hidden clicks, iframes, pop-unders, redirects through other domains, browser extensions or adware.

4. Commission.

You earn a commission on Net Eligible Revenue: money CheckDispute actually captures for the report unlock and for Basic, Plus and Premium plan fees paid by customers you referred, minus refunds and disputes. Mailing, electronic signature, notarization, taxes and card holds never count. Rates are 20% (Standard), 25% (Growth: 10 or more qualified customers in the trailing 90 days), 30% (Pro: 50 or more) and 35% (Elite: assigned by CheckDispute). A rate applies to payments captured while it is in force and never changes an earlier commission. A customer is referred when their account is created within 45 days after they follow your link (the first partner link they followed counts), or when they enter your code before their first purchase; a code entered before the first purchase replaces a link. You earn for 12 months from the referred customer's first eligible purchase. A commission counts only after the payment is captured, is locked for 35 days, and is reversed if the payment is refunded or disputed, including after it was paid to you. Commissions are rounded down to the cent. CheckDispute's records control.

5. Payment.

CheckDispute pays on the 15th of each month when your payable balance is at least $50, by manual payment or through Stripe Connect. You must provide a W-9 or complete Stripe onboarding before your first payment. CheckDispute may hold a payment while a review, a compliance matter or an update to this agreement is open. A negative balance (for example, after a refund of a commission already paid) is netted against later commissions. You are responsible for your own taxes.

6. Truthful marketing.

Say only things consistent with the approved claims in the partner area, include the required consumer facts in long-form content, and never say anything CheckDispute could not truthfully say itself. Federal law (15 U.S.C. 1679b(a)) forbids any person, not only CheckDispute, from making untrue or misleading statements about these services.

7. Disclosure.

Every promotion must clearly disclose that you earn a commission, next to the link or recommendation, in the language of the content, both said and shown in videos, and never only on a profile or behind "more". Use the approved disclosures in the partner area. "Affiliate link" alone is not a disclosure.

8. Prohibited channels and practices.

You must not use telemarketing of any kind, take calls to sell or sign people up, send text messages, make live transfers, send cold or purchased-list email, bid on CheckDispute brand terms or misspellings, use coupon, deal, cashback or reward sites, offer anything of value to sign up or buy, refer yourself or related parties, recruit other partners for pay, use lead forms that collect consumer information, spam forums or comments, publish misleading advertorials, or impersonate anyone. The full list is in the partner area.

9. Consumer data.

You receive no consumer data and must never ask for it: no credit reports, Social Security numbers, account numbers, passwords or login codes. You must never sign in to, upload to or operate a consumer's CheckDispute account, and never collect consumer information for CheckDispute.

10. No charging consumers; you are not CheckDispute.

You must never charge, bill or accept a payment or anything of value from a consumer in connection with CheckDispute, never offer to do the process for them, and never present yourself as CheckDispute, its staff, its support or an official channel.

11. Materials review and monitoring.

Submit your first promotional material for approval before you publish it; your first payment waits for that approval. Stories, live streams and other short-lived formats need an approved script first. Paid advertising of any kind needs written approval of the copy and the targeting. CheckDispute may review your public content at any time, ask for copies, and require a correction or removal within 48 hours.

12. Trademarks.

You may use the name CheckDispute and the assets CheckDispute supplies, only as supplied and only to promote CheckDispute under this agreement. You must not use CheckDispute or a confusing variation in a domain, social handle, app or page name, or ad keyword.

13. Reviews and testimonials.

No fake or purchased reviews or followers, and never offer anything for a review. Do not share results (deletions, score changes, approvals), including your own, because a result shown in an endorsement is read as typical.

14. Compliance with law.

You will follow the FTC Act and the FTC Endorsement Guides, the Credit Repair Organizations Act, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, CAN-SPAM, the TCPA and state law. Newsletters to your own subscribers must identify the message as an advertisement, include a working opt-out and include a valid physical postal address.

15. Suspension and termination.

Either party may end this agreement on notice, and you may close your partner account from the partner area. CheckDispute may suspend or terminate you at once for a critical violation, such as promising results, impersonation, selling by phone or text, asking for consumer data, charging consumers or fraud. If the agreement ends without cause, commissions on payments captured before it ended finish their lock and are paid. If it ends for cause, commissions connected to the violation are forfeited and other payments may be held while it is reviewed. After termination no new commissions accrue and your referrals end.

16. Changes.

CheckDispute will give 30 days' notice of changes to the program or the rates. Rate changes apply only to payments captured after the notice period. Continuing after a change takes effect, or accepting the new version, is acceptance.

17. Confidentiality, indemnity and limitation of liability.

Keep non-public program information confidential. You will indemnify CheckDispute against claims arising from your own marketing. CheckDispute's liability to you is limited to unpaid commissions you are owed.

18. Governing law.

Texas law governs this agreement.

19. Entire agreement.

This agreement, the program rules shown in the partner area and the approved claims library are the entire agreement between you and CheckDispute about the partner program.

Approved claims library.

Section 19 makes this library part of the agreement. The partner area shows the same lists.
